Tin Roof Cellars 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon
It’s been awhile since I’ve enjoyed a Cab, since we’ve been drinking a lot of Pinot Noir and Zinfandels lately, but this was a great find. It’s a fun pairing for a spicy pizza like we were enjoying (pepperoni, olive, mushroom, bacon…yeah, so health isn’t my number one priority one night a week).
Tonight we’ll be toasting our progress in what’s already turned out to be an amazingly hectic 2013 with a bit of Tin Roof Cab.
