It’s funny. I spend a good amount of my time writing about parenting, and lately I couldn’t feel like I know less about the subject. It turns out that having three kids doesn’t make you an expert. Well, it doesn’t make me an expert, at least.
It’s kind of like I’m baking a pie. (For those of you who know me and think this analogy couldn’t be worse because of course the pie would be a disaster, bear with me. It will be a disaster. Or I will be, at least.)
So, like I said, it’s like I’m baking a pie. I found this recipe from Martha Stewart, and everyone knows she’s like royalty, so of course it will be good. But half way through, I read Rachel Ray’s recipe (she’s hip, she’s hot, and I don’t know if baking is really her thing, but I like her style), and I decided to add her secret ingredient.
