I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling a whole lot of holiday cheer this year. (Probably because the panic hasn’t set in yet…) So I wanted to share some of the things that have helped put me in the spirit so far. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have!
David Ian’s Vintage Christmas Wonderland
This new album, as well as David’s other holiday album, Vintage Christmas, is a really fun change of pace. I’m kind of a Christmas music junkie, and these jazz CDs include refreshing arrangements of some of my favorites. They’re priced well and will make great additions to your holiday music collection. (Not to mention a fun hostess gift.)
Sara’s Prints Pajamas
I’m not sure what’s cuter — these holiday pjs or the fact that my kids get so crazy excited about matching. Last year I decided to start a tradition of giving the family pjs on Christmas Eve (because what’s cuter than planned outfits for Christmas morning pictures?). But this year, Sara’s Prints beat me to it. And my kids — who tend to be a bit…well, difficult, about clothes being uncomfortable — love these. The girl version has outrageously adorable trim, but is not as fitted, so if your little one tends to get cold at night, the boy version may be better for you. (Oh, and they have other great non-holiday pjs, of course.)
This cute gift set comes with a gold pouch of “enchanted reindeer treats” — sparkling oats — and a book to read the night before Christmas to ensure your kids that, yes, Santa is coming. My kids love putting goodies out for the reindeer and this special activity will make it that much more exciting. (And I can’t help but think this is the perfect hostess gift for a family holiday party.)

Tin Parade Table Banner
My friends at Tin Parade came up with the awesome idea of creating table banners — a simple way to make use of empty space when decorating for a party. Now they’re selling in hot spots like Anthropologie, and these girls just keep coming up with more. I love this Christmas one, and there are some great New Year’s ones as well. Get ready to party, my friends!
Yes, it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at our house. What about you? Have you decked the tables, and CD players, and kids, and lawn…
Please share your favorite small businesses in the comments. Let’s support them this season and all year round.
Disclosure: I was sent all of these products (except the table banner) at no cost for review purposes. All opinions are my own. This post contains one Amazon affiliate link which allows me to make a very small percentage of each sale.
