One day I’m singing and dancing, the next day I’m disheveled and discouraged. Such is the journey of motherhood, right?
Last month when it came time to write for Project: Underblog, I really didn’t have any ideas. Then, as I found myself smiling and singing along to the song coming through the Starbucks speakers, I had an ah-ha moment.
Read about it in my post, Music of the Heart, and leave a comment. What song will make your kids think of you years from now?
And this month, well, I started writing a humorous post. Then I noticed tears streaming down my face and realized some of this motherhood stuff isn’t so funny after all.
See what had me coming undone in my post A Reflection in the Trenches of Motherhood.
And, if you’ve considered submitting to Project: Underblog, we’d love to hear from you. You can submit through the simple online form (don’t forget a bio!), or your can email me and I can help you — even if it’s simply with words of encouragement. [usingourwords (at) yahoo (dot) com]
